In the order Cloudburst Brewing lists them: Quote Unquote DDH New Zealand WCIPA | 6.9% ABV | 67 IBU Ok so maybe this beer doesn’t “look the part” It’s got Nelson so it’s “New Zealand Style” But there’s Strata so it “doesn’t fit the mold” Also Simcoe which is “very Yakima” You can see through it which is “kinda weird” It’s bitter and that’s “abrasive” Overall it’s “intensely flavorful” It’s a beer that’s “not for everyone” It doesn’t “pl....
